Background
Many new designers face challenges after arriving at a product or service team.
First, what am I doing here, and do I help the proposition to succeed? Second, what is my role? How best can I contribute to my team? And third, how can I grow with the proposition to gain the trust and respect of my colleagues?
Expectation
Ten (3x3+1) sessions designed to understand and address the aspects of a dynamic team evolution.
Business lens – help you to understand what is the overall goal and ambition of any product team. Design lens – allows you to take a driver's seat and define the experience for your team. Development lens – creates the bridge and alliances with the development team to build a quality product.
The series is tailored around your team and your specific challenges. We offer an extra lens on the topic you might have missed and help you to get on track in the following areas.
