To scale any digital proposition, we need to align all data sources to navigate and orchestrate cross-functional decision-making. We call it Canvas.

To operate at speed, the data in our case decision must be properly triaged across functions to reflect the company's life cycle. We call it Framework.

Framework.
Operating at scale does not mean hiring more designers. It means to have a design framework that strengthens your design function to handle any business request on time – we call it sustainable delivery.
Minimising the tension between operating functions allows all participants to concentrate on the task at hand. This way, both designers and engineers get exactly what they need, when they need it, to perform the task. The sequence brings the structure and opens opportunity.
I have never seen the brief or any form of formal document of what we are building. Strange, to think of this as we are the biggest agency house in the town.
