The 3-hour workshop will allow you to collectively summarise your greatest challenges and reframe your design journey, shaping it for a more prosperous future. All participants will have access to the Design at Scale™ Supply (Figma Asset Library), allowing them to reuse all our materials for their own ventures, including access to our newly established community.

Every scholar will tell you about the double diamond, yet very few will take you on a journey that reflects a new reality, helps you understand business challenges, and prepares you to shape future organisations through design.

1.0 Ambition.
Clarifying your career and life ambitions is a profound step toward greatness. We'll discuss the difference between ambition, goals, boundaries and routines when it comes to building a balanced personal and professional life. 
2.0 Vision and Beliefs.
Vision without belief takes you nowhere. In order to progress, we'll help you carve out your Vision based on your own belief system, which inevitably leads to greater motivation and resistance.        
3.0 Philosophy.
One of the missing parts of the current design industry is the absence of a theoretical approach to behavioural change. To distinguish yourself and the proposition, have your own philosophy.  
4.0 Communication.
Once we carve out the core of the offering and understand what your company offers, we'll look at how to communicate that message with precision to your peers, colleagues or potential prospects.  
5.0 Technology.
As a company of one, you'll soon become the master of automation. And it's not only automation of your message across social media (that's secondary). We'll focus on how to create, maintain and broadcast all your work without sending an extra Email or Slack message. 
6.0 Operation.
The company of one has to create, maintain, and scale its operations across several pillars, such as finance, legal, savings, delivery, data storage, hardware, and software subscriptions, with links to partnering companies to make it work in no time. 
7.0 Network
How to maintain the network of professionals that can bring the business and help you to achieve greater exposure. 
8.0 Sales
Sailing design vs selling your skills? What do you really offer as a business or as a team? Let's break down the design sales funnel and see where you fit, so you don't malinvest energy and resources.
9.0 Management
All the above will mean nothing without great time management. How to manage up and down. Most importantly, how to manage your time and focus to reach your potential.
