Public Talk
45 min open presentation defining the basics and the pitfalls of all high-performing teams.
Background
The majority of design professionals struggle to keep up with new trends, tools and ways of working. The pressure of becoming a high-performing team in a constantly changing business environment is a quest for survival and thriving through positive change and the culture in the organisation. Combining the knowledge of +90 design directors, Design at Scale™ shows the alternatives and modified pathways that lead to greater and more meaningful outcomes.
Expectation
The session has three main parts – acknowledgement, model recognition and model application. All these theses were tested by professionals around the world in different scenarios and settings, from small to large organisations, combining knowledge of redistributed and well-glued teams, ranging from product services to platform integrations.
Everything in your organisation is in transition: your role, your product, your deadline, your budget, your boss's role, and the boss's boss's role.
How do you create and maintain Tribal Leadership in a constantly evolving Design Department's function?
